These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.soullesignature.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from Soulle Signature. The Site and the Soulle Signature brand are an independent entity (doing business as "Soulle Signature," referred to as "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, or by placing an order, you ("you," "your," or "user") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at info@soullesignature.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Products, Descriptions & the Nature of Leather

We handcraft our footwear from natural leather. Because leather is a natural material:

  • Colour, grain, and texture may vary slightly from piece to piece and from the images shown on the Site. Natural markings, tonal variation, and subtle differences are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and are not defects.

  • Screens and devices display colour differently, so the shade you see online may differ slightly from the physical product.

  • Handcrafted items may show minor variations in stitching or finish that reflect their artisanal nature.

We work to describe and depict products as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colours, pricing, or other content are complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information at any time without notice.

Made-to-Order

Certain products may be made to order; therefore, these items are produced specifically for you. They may be final sale and non-returnable except where the item is faulty or not as described. Please confirm all sizing and customization details before ordering.

Sizing & Fit

We provide sizing guidance to help you choose the right fit, but responsibility for selecting the correct size rests with you. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering. Leather footwear may feel snug initially and can soften and mould with wear. Fit-related dissatisfaction is handled under our returns and exchanges policy (Section 8).

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Prices do not include shipping, taxes, duties, or import fees unless expressly stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges for your destination.

  • Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

  • Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Orders & Order Acceptance

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, or stock limitations. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods / send a shipping confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship only to the United States and Canada. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or to the address you provide. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control. For international orders, you are the importer of record and responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs clearance.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your footwear. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Please try footwear on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles.

  • Certain items may be excluded from returns, including made-to-order, personalized, final-sale, or hygiene-sensitive items.

  • To start a return or exchange, contact info@soullesignature.com with your order number.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have.

Intellectual Property

The Site, its content, and the Soulle Signature trademarks are owned and registered by Soulle Signature, Inc.

The Soulle Signature trademarks are registered and in use in more than one country and are the exclusive property of Soulle Signature, Inc. No reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification, or use of these trademarks is permitted without our prior written agreement.

All content on the Site, including all pictures, images, logos, videos, text, product designs, styles, and similar material, is the exclusive property of Soulle Signature and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Site for any public or commercial purpose without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use of the Site is permitted.

Reviews & User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us or the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business and marketing. You represent that your content is your own, does not infringe any third-party rights, and is not unlawful, defamatory, or offensive. We may remove any user content at our discretion.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and take no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Links are provided for your convenience only and do not imply endorsement. Third-party sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review. The Site and all products and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, suitability, title, or non-infringement, except to the extent such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We try to ensure that all information is accurate and current but cannot guarantee its completeness or timeliness. We do not warrant that the Site is free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components. Use of the Site is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Soulle Signature Inc nor any of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or other parties involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site or products will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or products.

In particular, and without limiting the above, we will not be liable for loss or damage where:

  • (A) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by us;

  • (B) the loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; or

  • (C) any increase in loss or damage results from your breach of these Terms.

This includes any damage caused by viruses or by any incorrectness or incompleteness of information on the Site.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

 

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soulle Signature, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of government, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, pandemics, or failures of internet or communications infrastructure.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
